We never hold your funds, and we never act as a mediator or agent.

We look after commercial units for owners who live abroad — think a couple with two let retail shops, an overseas investor with a small restaurant unit, or the owner of a street-level office. For each, we're a local contact for their own property: tenant liaison, rent follow-up and repair coordination. Condomínio contact or meeting presence happens only when that owner requests and authorises it.

Commercial property management questions
Do you manage the condominium?
No. We act only for our client when they request and authorise presence at a meeting or contact with the condomínio administration about their property. The condominium remains responsible for its own management and common areas.
Do you collect rent on our behalf?
No. Rent is always paid directly to you. We track, follow up and alert — we never hold funds.
Are you a real estate agent or mediator?
No. CasaMinder provides property administration and coordination only. We are not licensed mediators and we do not act as agents.
