How often will you visit my home?
As often as you'd like. We offer regular scheduled check-ins, lighter occasional check-ins, and full vacant-home watch for properties left empty for longer. Transparent monthly plans are chosen to fit your home and how long you're away.
How do I know my keys are safe?
Your key is sealed with a numbered security tag that only you cut at the end of the contract, so you can see it has never been copied or misused. A tracker on the keyring keeps its location accountable.
What do I actually receive after a visit?
A dated set of photographs showing the state of your home and anything we did or noticed. If something needs attention, we tell you promptly and agree the next step with you.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We work in both English and European Portuguese, so you can deal with us in whichever you prefer.
What areas do you cover?
The Setubal region and Lisbon coast: Setubal, Sesimbra, Palmela, Comporta-Troia, Almada and the greater Lisbon coastline. If you're just outside, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
What does it cost?
Transparent monthly plans start from EUR89/month for Essential Care, EUR149/month for Safe Home Plus, and EUR249/month plus cleaning/laundry for Guest Ready. Rental Support is a custom quote. Extras such as cleaning, pool and garden care, or arrival prep are price on request after a short survey.
